Language

Before you start

  1. Upload a recording (audio or video)
  2. The server compresses and transcribes it with speaker detection (usually 2–5 minutes)
  3. Choose between a plain transcript (just the words) and a speaker-labelled transcript (adds Speaker 1, Speaker 2, and so on)
  4. Continue to Data Cleaning

Recording length: Supports recordings up to approximately 2 hours. Longer recordings should be split into shorter segments.

How your data is handled

Audio is processed by Gladia (France-hosted, Zero Data Retention) and is never stored after transcription. Transcripts are kept on this server for 1 hour, then automatically deleted.
